CHRISTOPHER S. CAMPBELL
Harris, Shelton, Hanover, Walsh, PLLC

CHRISTOPHER S. CAMPBELL
is a graduate of The High School (Central High-Memphis,
1990) and Ouachita Baptist University (B.A., 1994). He
received his J.D. at the University of
Arkansas-Fayetteville (1997). Christopher began his
legal career working for the City Attorney's office in
Fayetteville, Arkansas. He joined Harris Shelton in 1997
as its first African-American associate (and member) and
concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance,
hospital and municipal defense. He is a member of the
Memphis, Tennessee and American Bar Associations. Mr.
Campbell serves on the Board of Directors of the Ronald
McDonald House of Memphis and the Athletic Board of
Ouachita Baptist University.
Christopher is married to Hope Campbell and they have
three sons (C. Obadiah (12yrs old), Christian (8yrs old)
and Chandler (6yrs old). When not honing his skills as
a litigator, Christopher coaches his sons various
athletic teams and he is an avid golfer. He also
volunteers for various charitable organizations and
gives inspiration speeches to economically disadvantaged
youths. He is a member of Greater Imani Church and
Christian Center.
In October of this year, Christopher was elected to
serve a three year term on the chapter’s Board of
Directors starting in January of 2009. We are thrilled
to have Christopher serve on the board of the Ben F.
Jones Chapter of the National Bar Association.
